Hi. I’m Kirsty and I am 23 years old. I love reading (but you probably guessed that already).

When I am not reading, I like listening to music, spending time with my family and friends, walking my dog and eating. I have an illness called Cystic Fibrosis, which currently does not have a cure, but I am optimistic that a cure will come one day. I do not let CF get me down though. Life is what you make it!

I started this blog in August 2015 so I could review books. Please read my review policy before submitting a request.

My most recent posts are listed below, but feel free to browse through my archives to look through my past reviews. If you would like to skip straight to my reviews, feel free to click here: Book Reviews. Also, feel free to check out my other categories as well by browsing below. If you would like to find a particular review, visit my Complete Reviews page, which lists all of my reviews in alphabetical order. If you would like to read reviews that I have written of other books, ones that I have not received in exchange for a review, visit my Other Book Reviews page.

If you wish to find a specific guest post, or would like to browse my guest posts, there is now a Complete List of Guest Posts page, which lists all of my guest posts in alphabetical order.

Are you looking for your next read? Why don’t you visit my New Author Spotlight list? You can read all of these novels for free on Inkitt.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and to visit my blog!

  1. Kirsty has promised to review my novel, “The Becoming” I am looking forward to it with great anticipation.
Because she reads a lot, she will know what makes a good story. I get a great satisfaction out of writing for myself, BUT, writers want to be READ also. I self publish my novels so I am my own boss. I can write what I enjoy writing. Which is a wonderful freedom of expression.

  2. I’ve told many that, “I don’t write for money, never have. If I wrote for money, I couldn’t write truthfully. I agree with you,”wonderful freedom of expression.” Also, to quote an adage, “There are two types of writers; those who write for themselves, and those who write for their readers. Both are deserving of their audience.”

    1. Hi Christine,
At the moment, I am not currently accepting review requests as I have a backlist of review books. I should be reopening requests in the new year somewhen however.
      Thank you!
